- 01Translate architecture, technical debt and risk into business outcomes, cost and timelines.
- 02Prepare briefings, roadmaps and investment cases ready for the board and steering committee.
- 03Give an independent view on partner proposals, estimates, SOWs and product choices.
- 04Join steering committees and executive check-ins as your trusted advisor.
- 05Align business and technology leaders on priorities, and keep the roadmap honest.
Relevant experience
- Worked directly with the CTO of a UAE government free zone to shape the company's vision, mission and a scheduled roadmap.
- Got TOGAF architecture artefacts approved through a rigorous external review for a multi-brand entertainment group in Dubai, keeping stakeholders aligned with business objectives.
- Built a close working relationship with a Canadian client's VPs of Technology and Distribution while leading delivery.
- Created a stability and maturity roadmap for leadership at a Canadian credit union running nCino and Financial Services Cloud.
- Prepared RFP responses, SOWs and proposals, and presented options and proofs of concept to stakeholders.
